Scott Pinto is a Valuation Services Director at Vision Point Capital, where he advises clients across the Chicagoland area and throughout the United States on complex valuation matters. He brings extensive experience in delivering independent, defensible valuations for a wide range of purposes, including employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and ESOP transactions, estate and gift tax planning, and charitable giving purposes. Scott’s expertise also extends beyond operating companies to the valuation of asset holding companies, promissory notes, and carried interest in private equity funds.
