Bio
Bruce Trant is an Executive Director and Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Bruce advises highly wealthy individuals in
Chicago and across the Midwest, including families, financial professionals and centers of influence. Bruce’s background has been
steeped in the fast-paced world of institutional trading, and he draws from these insights to coordinate the firm’s specialists in
disciplines aligned with clients’ needs—investing, strategic borrowing, liquidity management, generational transfer,
philanthropic gifting and more.
Most recently,
he was a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, focused on institutional equity sales trading. Previously, Bruce spent many
years as a Managing Director at Citi, leading the equity sales trading desk for the Midwest Region while covering large
strategic accounts for the firm.
Bruce earned a B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
