Marcus A. Ewald is a Managing Director in the Valuation Advisory Services group at Stout and serves a diverse client base comprised of privately held entities representing multi-billion-dollar enterprises, middle market corporations, private equity and hedge funds, law firms, accounting firms, and financial institutions.
He has over 25 years of experience in providing valuation and litigation advisory services for numerous purposes including fairness opinions, solvency opinions, estate and gift taxation, succession planning, quantification of intangible asset value, marital dissolution, shareholder disputes, buy-sell agreements, Subchapter C to Subchapter S conversions, and other tax, corporate, and litigation related matters.
